September 2022 verantwortlich f\u00fcr die Buchhaltung der Institution Justinuswerk.<\/span><\/em><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Wie kamen Sie dazu, f\u00fcr das Justinuswerk zu arbeiten ?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<div><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>M S :<\/strong>W\u00e4hrend meines Studium an der Universit\u00e4t von Freiburg, wohnte ich in der Cit\u00e9 des Justinuswerkes, wo ich erste Kontakte mit den Stipendiatinnen und Stipendiaten kn\u00fcpfen konnte, was mir erlaubte, die Institution kennenzulernen.<br \/>\nDann erhielt ich ein Stipendium des Justinuswerkes, damit ich meinen Master in Buchhaltung und Finanzwesen absolvieren konnte. Im Jahr 2022 bot mir der Direktor des Justinuswerkes die M\u00f6glichkeit an, als Buchhalter f\u00fcr das Justinuswerk zu arbeiten.<\/div>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Welches ist Ihr Arbeitsbereich?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>M S :<\/strong> Bei der Buchhaltung geht es darum, diese f\u00fcr das Werk und die vier H\u00e4user aktuell zu halten, alles unabh\u00e4ngige Vereinigungen, und die finanzielle Situation vorzubereiten, damit die Direktion gute Entscheide zum Wohl des Werkes f\u00e4llen kann. Ich arbeite auch in der Organisation der Arbeit mit, im Rahmen der Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrung.  <\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Welche Bereicherung finden Sie in Ihrer Arbeit?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>M S :<\/strong> Die Arbeit ist sehr vielseitig, dies erlaubt mir, meine Grundkenntnisse zu vergr\u00f6ssern, die verschiedene Sektoren betreffen, wie die Immobilienbuchhaltung, allgemeine Buchhaltung, Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung, Buchhaltung der Stipendiaten usw. Die Befriedigung gewinne ich auch daraus, dass sie in einem multikulturellen Rahmen und im Kontakt mit den Menschen aus aller Welt stattfindet. <\/div>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Was ist das Besondere an einem Job in der Institution St. Justin?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>M S :<\/strong> Das Justinuswerk ist eine nichtgewinnorientierte Organisation, deren Mission darin besteht, Menschen in schwierigen Situationen zu helfen und den Studentinnen und Studenten, die aus dem Ausland kommen, zu erm\u00f6glichen,<br \/>\nqualitativ hochstehende Ausbildungen zu absolvieren.
