Rooms

Your room is furnished with:

- Bed and bedding
- Closet
- Table and chair
- Refrigerator
- Sink

An inventory is done upon your arrival and at your departure.

Our cleaning staff takes care of general cleaning once a month, but you are responsible for daily cleaning and the overall condition of your room. Your sheets are changed every 2 weeks.

The monthly rent includes:

- All extra expenses (electricity, hot and cold water, etc.)
- General heating
- Wi-Fi

Your rent is to be paid in advance by the 10th of each month.
