Tell us where you were and what you were doing before you came to St-Justin.
My name is Sanjay, and I come from India. Before coming to St-Justin, I was pursuing my master’s degree at EPFL in Lausanne. I moved to Switzerland in 2020 and came to St-Justin in February 2022 during my fourth semester for a thesis project at EPFL in Sion.

And today, what are the projects?
Currently, I am a doctoral student at EPFL in Sion. My research focuses on discovering materials that can capture carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. Additionally, I work on projects aimed at separating nitrogen from air to concentrate oxygen for medical applications.

Since when are you here and what do you like about staying at the Foyer St-Justin?
I have been staying at Foyer St-Justin since February 2022. I love the clean environment and the friendly people here. Living at Foyer St-Justin has allowed me to meet people from diverse backgrounds and learn about their cultures. The community is very warm and welcoming, with many events like barbecues and summer celebrations, which provide wonderful opportunities to socialize. The manager is exceptionally kind and always available when needed. The housekeeping staff are also very friendly and maintain a comfortable living space.

Overall, Foyer St-Justin offers a pleasant and affordable place to live.
