As part of St. Justin’s 5-step action plan, the new director Natacha Roos continues to structure the Foundation so that it is as close as possible to students’ needs in fulfilling its mission. She is actively supported by the highly dynamic members of the Foundation Council and by employees who are an excellent source of ideas and initiatives.

After reorganizing the Geneva residence, she structured the St. Justin Foundation into three complementary pillars:

• Foundation Activities, the international pillar, which ensures the efficiency and proper allocation of donations intended for students;
• Administration, the national pillar, which forms the Foundation’s solid and efficient backbone;
• Residences, the regional pillar, which guarantees optimal living conditions for students residing in one of the five regions in Switzerland and provides spaces for meeting donors.

All of St. Justin’s initiatives are designed to be participatory: employees are fully involved in the organization’s developments. In Fribourg, the headquarters of the Foundation Activities and Administration pillars, a test phase conducted from January to April 2026 ensures that the implemented changes best meet the needs. This new organization strengthens the foundations of St. Justin and enables it to continue its mission in service of students with efficiency and vision.
